‘Legno’ is a brand new, two-story, 3 bedroom, two-bathroom, modern terrace house with an open plan living area and separate study/second living area upstairs. ‘Legno’ is an architect-designed passive solar build, with underground water tanks, solar panels, heat pump technology for hot water and heating, induction cooktops, and recycled glass benchtops. The house is not connected to gas and uses green power.
A combination of recycled wood and plantation blackbutt timber has been used throughout the home, and the large vertical posts on the fence line are machined from recycled poles for overhead wires.
